NOTD:Pastel Pink & Golden Flakes |Miss Sporty 1st To Shine #030 Day Dreaming| (EN)

Today's spring manicure is in my favorite pastel pink shade - probably you've noticed that I simply adore neutral manicure and I have a lot NOTD posts about them here, so this one makes no exception: soft, spring pastel pink shade in combination with golden accent. I love those type of manicures ❤ 

The main nail polish is Miss Sporty 1^st To Shine in the shade 030 Day Dreaming – such a soft, pastel pink shade with white base, that typica for those type of shades, is a nightmare to apply: it requires carefully & precise application and at least 2 coats for achieving opaque and non-seethrough color (on the photos here are applied 3 coats). This nail polish has a nice gloss on its own and dries out pretty fast, but I've added additional layerof top coat to add some more gel-like gloss and to elongate its longevity on my nails (I do my manicure every Sunday and I require my manicure to look flawless for at least a week). 

I decided to go for an accent and I've choosed one nail polish from an old Rimmel 60 Seconds collection, that has nice golden flakes in a clear base. Unfortunately this nail polish is no longer produced, but I love to combine it with nude, as well as with dark nail polishes.  To make the amount of golden flakes more concentraded, I've used a makeup sponge - the sponge soaks up the clear base and you can easily build up the amount of flakes/glitter on the nails as per your desire. 

End result is manucure which is right out my valley: neutral with light accent. Lately I've been obsessed with neutral manicures and I enjoy them more than ever during the spring, but I hope until the summer comes I'll get over it, because a lot of colorful & bright nail polishes are waiting peacefully in my collection to be tried :D

Днешният пролетен маникюр е в любимия пастелнорозов нюанс – може би сте забелязали, че имам необяснима слабост към неутрални маникюри и блогът изобилства от такива, като този не прави изключение: нежно, пролетно пастелнорозово в комбинация с акцент в златно. Обожавам такъв тип маникюри ❤

Основният лак е Miss Sporty 1^st To Shine в нюанс 030 Day Dreaming – много нежен, пастелнорозов нюанс с бяла основа, който, типично за такъв тип цветове, се нанася кошмарно капризно: изисква внимателно и много прецизно нанасяне, минимум 2 пласта за плътен и непрозиращ цвят (на снимките са 3). 

Лакът има и самостоятелно много добър блясък и съхне сравнително бързо, но аз задължително слагам топ лак, за да ускоря изсушаването и да придам допълнителен блясък, а и за да удължа трайността на маникюра (лакирам се всяка неделя и изисквам поне една седмица маникюрът ми да изглежда безупречно).

За акцент избрах един лак със златни люспички от стара колекция на Rimmel 60 Seconds, който за съжаление отдавна е спрян, а ми е толкова любим за комбиниране както с тъмни, така и със светли лакове. За да бъдат по-концентрирани златните люспички нанесох лака с гъба за фон дьо тен – по този начин гъбата абсорбира прозрачната база и върху нокътя се нанася по-голямо количество глитър.

Крайният резултат е маникюр точно по мой вкус: неутрален с лек акцент. Напоследък отново ме е обзела неутралната вълна и искам да нося само светли нюд маникюри през пролетта, надявам се до началото на лятото да ми мине, че доста нови и ярки лакове чакат своя ред :D
