How To:Make Green Eyes Pop?Nighttime Makeup (EN)

In my previous post I showed you daytime makeup for green eyes and today’s time for the nighttime. To make the green eyes pop I used 3 shades of purple – pinkish-purple, purple-greyish and plum, almost black shade.

I started with applying concealer as an eyeshadow base (Мac Studio Finish Concealer/NC20 ). On  2/3 of the lid I applied KIKO (Infinity + /#404) eyeshadow in pinkish-purple shade, with thousands of  blue shimmers. I pat this eyeshadow well and then I applied some purple-greyish eyeshadow . (Flormar Mono Eyeshadow #24). At the outer V of the lid I used some eyeshadow in plum-blackish shade (Celebrate/Sleek). Using blending brush I blended the edges really well and then I placed some taupe eyeshadow in the crease (Wrapped Up/Sleek). In the inner corner of the eye and under the browbone I applied some vanilla eyeshadow to highlight (Bow/Sleek). On the lowerlashline I placed some of the purple-greyish eyshadow using an angled brush. I finished the look with 2 coats of mascara and black eyeliner in the waterline.

Actually the makeup was really intense and heavy, but my camera couldn’t catch the colors properly – I really have troubles shooting in the wintertime.

Anyway, the purple makes the green really pop – it’s beautiful ♥

В предишния пост ви показах дневен грим, подчертаващ зелени очи, а днес е ред на вечерния. За да подчертая зеления цвят използвах 3 нюанса на лилавото – розово-лилаво, сиво-лилаво и сливово, почти черно лилаво.

Започнах с нанасянето на коректор като основа (Мac Studio Finish Concealer/NC20 ). На 2/3 от площта на клепача нанесох от единичните сенки на KIKO (Infinity + /#404) в розово-лилав цвят с фини сини шимърчета . Напластих и след това нанесох сенки в студено лилаво (Flormar Mono Eyeshadow #24). В самия ъгъл на окото нанесох съвсем леко от сенките в сливово-черен свят (Celebrate/Sleek). С пухкава блендинг четка прелях границите между сенките, а в сгъвката нанесох леко матови тоуп сенки (Wrapped Up/Sleek). Във вътрешния ъгъл на окото и под веждата положих светли матови сенки(Bow/Sleek). По линията на миглите на долния клепач нанесох сиво-лилавите сенки със скосена четка. Завърших с 2 пласта спирала на миглите и черен молив във водната линия на долния клепач.

На живо гримът беше доста интензивен, снимките „измиват” 2/3 от интензитета на цветовете, но от зимното слънце – толкова .

Лилавото кара зелените очи направо да искрят – истинска красота ♥

How To:Make Green Eyes Pop?Daytime Makeup (EN)

Last year I posted “How to make blue eyes pop? Daytime makeup” (which you can see here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2014/12/how-to-make-blue-eyes-pop-daytime-makeup_24.html) and there I showed you daytime makeup look for blue eyes. I few weeks back I had the opportunity to took photos of makeup look I’ve done on pair of beautiful green eyes – I made daytime & nighttime version. 

Today’s post is going to be all about the daytime version and the next one would be for the nighttime version.

To make green eyes pop you need to use the colors purple, pink, red and orange. These colors are placed against the green in the color wheel (see more here: https://www.google.bg/search?q=color+wheel&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj9wKCj_vbJAhUDtRoKHdZ_CnIQ_AUIBygB&biw=893&bih=520&dpr=0.9#imgrc= ) . For the daytime look I decided to use pink and coral. The makeup turns out super fresh looking and suitable for every day, place and occasion. 

First I applied some concealer all over the eyelid (Mac Studio Finish Concealer/NC20). Then I placed some vanilla eyeshadows under the browbone and in the inner corner of the eye (Bow/Sleek) and on the mobile lid I used matte flesh toned eyeshadow (the fleshtoned pinkish shade from the palette Taste of Chocolate/Flormar). In the middle of the eyelid I used the mixed colors Pamper & Ribbon/Sleek – I’ve mixed them so I can create nice light pinky-coral shade. Over them I applied the pink-gold shade Gateau/Sleek. Afterwards I mixed the matte colors The Mail & Boxed (sand beige and brown with cool undertone) and I applied them in the outer V, to create some depth. Using an angled brush I applied the same colors underneath the lower lashline. I finished the look with coat of mascara (Volume 1 Seconde Mascara/Bourjois).

The makeup looks light, fresh and it’s perfect for anytime of the year.
