MOTD:Green Smokey Eyes (EN)

Hello everyone ♥

Long time no see on the rubric “Makeup of the day”, well my last makeup post was about my birthday look back in January – you can see it here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2017/01/motdbirthday-look-3-blue-brown-smokey_14.html

I really want to make more makeup post on the blog and I hope I’ll do more soon – there will be for sure makeup looks in red, copper and another green makeup looks soon : )) 

Today’s makeup is green smokey eyes – I a-d-o-r-e green ♥

I started with applying eyeshadow base and then I set the base with some matte eyeshadow in vanilla shade (the light vanilla shade from the palette Taste of Chocolate/Flormar). Using shader brush I applied the eyeshadow Cannes by NYX all over my mobile lid as well on my lower lashline. The shade looks emerald green on the pan but on my hazel eyes and in combination with my yellow skintone it looks more like an olive green. Review on this eyeshadow will be up next month ;)

Afterwards I placed light yellowish-green shimmery eyeshadow in my innercorner (the light green shade from the palette Comfort Zone/Wet’n’Wild – review+swatches you can see here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/reviewwetnwild-coloricon-palette-738_28.html)

Then using fluffy blending brush I mixed some matte brown eyeshadow with cool taupe (shades Wrapped Up & Boxed from the palette Oh So Special by Sleek – review and swatches you can see here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2015/03/reviewsleek-i-divine-oh-so-special_18.html), which I applied in my crease to add some depth as well under the green on my lash line to smoke it up a little bit. 

Using tapered blending brush I mixed matte black with dark green eyeshadow (black shade is from the Sleek’s palette + the darkest green from the mentioned Comfort Zone palette by Wet’n’Wild) and I applied them both only in the outer part of my eye to smoke up the look.

 

Using an angled brush I applied matte black eyeshadow as an eyeliner on my upper lash line. Then I placed some matte sand-yellowish eyeshadow above the crease to warm up the look a little bit (The Mail/Sleek Oh So Special) and under my browbone I applied NYX Transylvania which is in beautiful champagne shade as highlight (review – here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2017/04/reviewnyx-soft-matte-lip-cream_28.html) I finished the look with black eyeliner in my waterline and 2 coats intensive black mascara (Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious).

 

As I said many times – I l♥ve green and I think this shade (+red) suits hazel eyes best and makes the pop. 

This makeup looks isn’t suitable for everyday or daytime but in my free time I often do my makeup in similar green shades and I match it with monochrome outfit or with my favorite green dress.

I won’t stop saying that green is beautiful color and looks incredible incorporated in makeup – green eyeshadow, eyeliner or eye pencil, green smokey eyes is in my top 3 favorite makeup looks ♥

От доста време не е имало грим пост в блога, последният такъв беше гримът от рождения ми ден през януари – тук: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2017/01/motdbirthday-look-3-blue-brown-smokey.html

Иска ми се да има повече грим постове и силно се надявам скоро да увелича броят им  - задължително ще има публикации на грим в червено, в медено-оранжево и още зелени гримове :))

Гримът днес представлява опушен грим в зелено – обожавам зелено ♥

Започнах с нанасянето на база за сенки и след това положих матови сенки в цвят ванилия по целия клепач (светлия цвят от палитрата Taste of Chocolate/Flormar). С четка за сенки тип „shader” нанесох сенките Cannes/NYX по целия подвижен клепач, както и по линията на долните мигли. Цветът в кутийката изглежда изумрудено зелен, но на моите пъстри очи в комбинация с жълтата ми кожа стои по-скоро маслинено зелен (ревю за сенките ще има през октомври ;))

След това с пенсил четка нанесох светъл жълтозелен блестящ цвят (светлозеленото от палитрата Comfort Zone/Wet’n’Wild – ревю+снимки можете да видите тук: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/reviewwetnwild-coloricon-palette-738.html) 

След това с пухкава блендинд четка смесих матово кафяво със студено сиво-кафяво (цветовете Wrapped Up & Boxed от палитрата на Sleek – ревю+снимки можете да видите тук: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2015/03/reviewsleek-i-divine-oh-so-special.html), които нанесох в сгъвката на клепача, за да пригам дълбочина, както и под зеленото, което нанесох по линията на долните мигли.

Със заострена блендинг четка смесих матови черни сенки с много тъмнозелени (черният цвят от палитрата на Sleek + най-тъмнозеленото от споменатата палитра на Comfort Zone/Wet’n’Wild ), като ги нанесох само във външния ъгъл на окото, за да опуша грима.

С помощта на скосена четка за очна линия нанесох матовите черни сенки по горния клепач, за да оформя очна линия със сенки. След това с блендинг четка сложих малко пясъчно жълто-кафяв матов цвят над сгъвката, за да затопля грима (The Mail/Sleek Oh So Special), а в областта под веждата сложих силно блестящи сенки в цвят шампанско (единични сенки в цвят Transylvania/NYX – ревю тук: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2017/04/reviewnyx-soft-matte-lip-cream.html)Завърших грима с матов черен молив във водната линия и 2 пласта интензивно черна спирала (Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious).

 

Както много пъти съм казвала, обичам зелено ♥ и смятам, че именно този цвят, наред с червеното, подчертава най-добре пъстри очи.

Гримът не е ежедневен в никакъв случай, но в свободното си време често се гримирам по идентичен начин в зелената гама, като съчетавам грима с монохромен аутфит или любимата ми напоследък зелена рокля.

Няма да спра да повтарям, че зеленото е прекрасен цвят и особено включен в грима под формата на сенки, молив или очна линия, стои чудесно, а опушен грим в зелено ми е в топ 3 на любимите гримове ♥

MOTD:Birthday Look #3 |Blue-Brown Smokey Eyes| (EN)

Hello everyone ♥

Long time no see in the rubric "Makeup of the day" but traditions are made to be repeated and as you know I have birthday on 12th of January and I always post my birthday makeup on the blog (birthday look from 2016 here:http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/motdbirthday-look-2-deep-navy-blue_16.html and from 2015 here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2015/01/motdbirthday-look_14.html).

Ever since I own the palette Comfort Zone by Wet'n'Wild I'm obsessed with the beautiful duochrome blue-brown shade with reddish brown base, named Definer (review & swatches here:http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/reviewwetnwild-coloricon-palette-738_28.html). Such a beautiful shade thats dupe for Mac Club and Urban Decay Solstice. I've worn it a couple of times but I never showed it on the blog so I decided to be the star of the show on my birthday look.

I started the look by applying soft black eyeliner on my outer & inner corner of the eye, on my waterline and on my lower lash line (IT Cosmetics/Black) and I smudged it with pencil brush. I used black eyepencil as a base to make the duochrome shade pop and to make it stick better. Using flat shader brush I applied the blue-brown shade all over my upper and bottom lid and I pat really well with wet brush on the center of the lid where I didn't put black eyeliner - this way the shade applied there was a bit lighter and it resembles the effect of the technique "spotlight". Afterwards I applied matte black eyeshadow (Noir/Sleek) on the outer corner of the eye to make the look smokey and I blended the crease with my favourite transition shade - matte taupe (Wrapped Up/Sleek). Under my browbone and a bit on my inner corner I placed some matte vanilla eyeshadow (Bow/Sleek). I finished the look with 2 coats of mascara.

This was the makeup I wore on my birthday, hopefully next year I'll have another birthday look to show you.

MOTD:Birthday Look #3 |Blue-Brown Smokey Eyes| (BG)

Long time no see в рубриката „Грим на деня“, но традициите са традиции, за да се спазват, а знаете, че имам рожден ден в началото на януари и всяка година поствам грима си от моя специален ден (от 2016 тук:http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/motdbirthday-look-2-deep-navy-blue.html и от 2015 тук:http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2015/01/motdbirthday-look.html).

Откакто имам палитрата Comfort Zone на Wet'n'Wild (ревю: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2016/01/reviewwetnwild-coloricon-palette-738.html)съм привлечена от неустоимия дуохромен цвят в долния десен ъгъл, наименуван звучно Definer – прекрасен синьо-зелен цвят с червено-кафява база, двойник на Mac Club и Urban Decay Solstice. Няколко пъти съм носила този красив нюанс, но досега не съм го показвала в блога и реших, че му е дошъл реда и ще бъде главно действащо лице в един много красив опушен грим.

Започнах с нанасянето на мек черен молив (It Cosmetics/Black) във водната линия, вътрешния и въшния ъгъл на окото, както и по цялата линия на миглите на долния клепач, който бързо след нанасянето опуших с пенсил четка. Използвах черния молив като база, за да изпъкне красотата на дуохромния нюанс и за да залепне по-добре за кожата. С плоска четка за сенки нанесох синьо-зелено-червения дуохромен цвят (Definer/Wet'n'Wild) върху целия подвижен и долен клепач, като напластих особено с вече навлажнена четка в центъра на клепача, за да увелича интензитета и за да бъде площта там малко по-светла (тъй като само в средата на клепача не положих черен молив за база), за да наподобя техниката „spotlight“. След това отново с пенсил четка сложих матови черни сенки (Noir/Sleek) във външния ъгъл на окото, за да опуша, а в сгъвката прелях с най-използвания ми цвят за преливане, а именно матово сиво-кафяво (Wrapped Up/Sleek). Под веждата и съвсем леко около костта във вътрешния ъгъл просветлих с матови сенки в цвят ванилия (Bow/Sleek). Завърших с 2 пласта спирала.

Това беше гримът за моя 23-ти рожден ден, по традиция догодина, живот и здраве, отново ще има такъв пост.

MOTD:Birthday Look #2 |Deep Navy Blue Smokey Eyes| (EN)

Hello everyone ♥

On 12.01 I had birthday and on this special for me day I wore navy blue smokey eyes – as you already saw in my previous manicure post, navy blue it’s my favourite color at the moment ♥

Over an eyeshadow base I applied using pencil brush and pat intensively navy blue eyeshadow with thousands of blue shimmers – just like the true color of night sky ♥ I used the navy blue shade from the palette Borujois Smoky Eyes/ Bleu Nuit (full review here: http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.bg/2015/11/reviewborujois-smoky-eyes-15-bleu-nuit.html) In my crease I applied & pat using fluffy blending brush my crease color – I went for matte brown eyeshadow with cool undertone (Boxed/Sleek). Underneath my browbone and in my tear duct I used my favourite highlighting shade ( the vanilla shade from the paletteTaste of Chocolate/Flormar). Using the same pencil brush I applied some of the navy blue eyeshadow on my lower lid up to my lashline and then with the same blending brush & brown matte eyeshadow I blended & smoked the look. On my upper & lower lashline I applied matte gel eyeliner (Rimmel ScandalEyes Gel Eyeliner/001) and on my upper lid I apply matte liquid eyeliner. I finished the look with coat of mascara. 

Navy blue really suits my hazel eyes – it definitely makes them pop.

This makeup look turned out really intensive and smokey – just the way I like it ♥ I really loved it and I felt great wearing it on my birthday – especially paired with my new favourite perfume (I can’t wait to tell you more about this perfume next month – it was pure love at first smell!!!)
