Long time no see but here I am with a new post about my summer ’23 faves – a mix of few things that I always tend to use this summer🌞
Probably the most summer screaming product here is the shimmer spray Summer Sunset from Balea that has fine rose gold particles which sparkle so beautiful on the skin & hair. And it smells like tropical vacation – yay!
Speaking of nice smelling things –
literally the only perfume I’ve been wearing this summer is Nike Trendy Pink❤ I’m in love with this violet-black
currant combo and the longevity is insane, it lasts more than 12+ hours on my
skin, such a compliment getter. I’m already half way through the bottle and I started
using it in May.
What is summer without that special sun
kissed look? I’m a big fan of fake tanning products and this summer I’ve been using
Endless Bronze by Carroten:
and the self-tan mousse called Natural Bronze by Garnier. They both manage to give my skin beautiful warm tan that looks natural, it’s not orangey and wears off nice. Recommend!
I keep my makeup simple in the summer
but I always wear lip liner and some sort of gloss on top of it. This summer I’ve
been wearing mostly the lip liner by NL Beauty in the shade 01 The One which is
so long lasting – line my lips with it in the morning and at the evening it
still looks great, no matter the hot & humid weather. Shade is beautiful
warm nude that I find universal.
I’ve been pairing this lip liner with
the miss beauty lip oil by Golden Rose that smells like strawberries and it’s
quite impressive: it adds glass glow to the lips and makes them so juicy and
full! Plus it colors them in a nice shade that is a bit deeper than your
natural lip colour and works as stain once it’s soaked in the lips. This combo
is my go-to for the summer!
A staple in my makeup routine in the
summer is to fix my makeup with spray – I’ve been using this one by Bell
HYPOallergenic Prime & Fix, which not only fixes my makeup but it adds that
glow effect everyone is raving about.
Last but not least – my favorite
accessories for this summer: sunglasses and scrunchies!
Back in May or June I bought this pair
of sunglasses by sundance – dm’s own brand and I’m obsessed ever since: they
have sunprotection certificate, light & comfy to wear and the model is
trendy. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments for them and I really enjoy
wearing them!
In the summer I often wear my hair up –
on a ponytail or bun, sometimes braided, but always with a beautiful scrunchie
that is gentler to the hair compared to the regular hair elastics. I prefer Xl
scrunchies and this summer I’ve been wearing mostly these 2: in dusty pink
shade and in classic black one.
Of course sun protection is a must, but i’ll talk about it in another post😎
