Today’s review is all about my everyday makeup
essentials for the summer time. Using them I get super easy, fresh looking and
almost ‘’no makeup’’ makeup face.
Face:

After my face cream I apply Essence
all-in-one CC cream. At
first I didn’t like it at all, I even thought I should get rid of it, but then
I give it another chance and now I wear it every day. This СС cream has medium coverage. I personally don’t wear concealer for my everyday
makeup so the coverage this cc cream gives me fits my needs – it evens out my complexion and covers up
small imperfections. The
finish is dewy like –
It’s not matte but it doesn’t look greasy on my face, my skin just looks fresh and glowy. The
main reason I got this cc cream is the SPF
30 – during the summer time I always wear SPF on everyday bases. The big
cons of this product is the fact that is only available in one shade (10 natural)?! My skin is medium dark with yellow undertone and this particular shade is at first too light and too pink for me, but it is skin adaptive. So keep this in mind and test
the product from the tester before any buy. I prefer to apply it with brush – I
use angled buffing brush.

After the CC cream I like to dab some
powder on my forehead, nose and chin. I use MaxFactor Creme Puff 41 medium beige. In this post here ( http://preslavasbeautydiary.blogspot.com/2015/07/how-toguide-for-perfect-matte-face-my_8.html ) I wrote a short review
of this powder. I like applying it with big fluffy powder brush.

Using an angled blush brush I like to
apply some brush on my cheekbones. I’m currently Essence Blush Up in the shade 10
heat wave. This blush is nice
mixture of orange, coral and bright
fuchsia. It’s completely matte
and really pigmented – I just dab my
brush into it and put blush on both of my cheekbones. On my opinion this blush
is perfect for women with a bit darker skin tone.

Eyebrows:

I fill in my eyebrows with Catrice
Eyebrow Set and an angled brush. The eyebrow shadows are matte, a bit dry and brown-taupish. I
recently dyed my hair lighter so I use the lighter shade so they can look quite
natural. The eyebrow set comes in nice packaging, it has mirror, small angled
brush, little comb and tiny twizzers.
Eyes:

I like to wear only mascara on my eyelashes pretty often – I’m using Essence
Get Big Lashes Volume Curl. The
brush is pretty big and curled, the consistency
is a bit watery. Well, it’s not the
most amazing mascara I’ve ever used but it works good on my blond, thin,
straight and short lashes. The effect I get on my lashes is volume, light curl and a bit of elongating.
If I want a bit more drama I like to apply just a tiny bit of black eyeliner.

Lips:
-my most used lipstick during the summertime is Hean
Cosmetics Vitamin Cocktail in the shade
322 Papaya . The
colour is coral-orangy, it has fine shimmers in it. The consistency
is really soft and comfy to wear and the longevity is 4-5 hours. It gives nice
light and delicate hint of colour to the complexion. If I don’t want to wear
lipstick and I want to be completely nude I just put some lipgloss– my
current fave is Maybelline ColoRama in
the shade ML019 – it looks like a nude but on the lips it
looks almost clear.
So, those are my current summer makeup favourites which I use on everyday bases for a natural looking makeup.
